    can anyone help please...I am reasearching a relation of mine, he served with the 130th Field Artillery and then the 36th Indian Division between 1942 and 1945 my question is...did the 36th serve in Kohima

    In a word No. at least the Division did not. Some of the units of 36th Div were possibly used as there were a lot of changes/transfers/ re-organisation, around that time. This link will help explain. http://www.britishmilitaryhistory.co...1943-45%29.pdf
