A Few Ideas

I've been looking at the forum and I've been thinking of a few little changes. We've got quite big over the last couple of years, and some of the sub forums could now be amalgamated as they effectively cover teh same areas.

Here goes:

War in the Pacific merged with War in the Far East, with relevant sub forums merged (also create a single Axis subforum alongisde a single Allied sub forum)

The war in the Air/Sea/Land sections merged into the relvant theatre sections (as sub forums to Far East/Europe/Afraica forums) Then scratch those forums from the front page.

Lose nations of WW2 section completely and merge the threads into the relevant theatre sections.

Battle specifics merged intot he relevent Theatres with a sub forum for specific battles in these)

In the POW sections create 3 sub forums of Europe/Africa/Far East

Veterans Histories/Stories merged with Biographies

create 4 sub forums to weapons - Allied. Axis. Pre39 and Post39

For Sale/Trade can go altogether. Its not used and if any members require to sell anything they can post in the Barracks.

Your Collectibles and Your Fiction could be moved as sub forums in the Barracks.

Videos & Links can be merged into Books & Film.

I would then like to create a new forum for Spies & Subterfuge, with the relevant sbforums for the 3 main theatres of war.

And a new sub forum for The Home Front, with 2 sub forums of Axis and Allied.

Do you have any ideas? Or suggestions on how to streamline the forum so there is no more repetition going on?
