I don't know if it is rare, it was given to me by a friend, a nursing tutor at the local hospital. He was also in the St.JAB. unfortunately he died after an operation a few years ago. The wing was presented to him for supervising emergency medical aid and nursing after performing voluntary duties on an air ambulance from Spain.
