According to Kitty's link, there's supposed to be a Hurricane there, but I can't find any details either

Ahh, cheers Morse. I shall have to investigate that a bit more later - see if there are any details about origins etc

well the one for the Potteries Museum is that it has a clipped wing Spit in a basement room. That is it. Bastards grounded her. I think this lists all aircraft or aviation related stuff. regardless of where they are.

I checked the Newark Air Museum, main for nostalgia since i once walked from RAF Swinderby to Newark Museum, with the princely sum of 88 pence in my pocket!

But I noticed that the Vicker varsity they have on display was the one my brother John flew in when we were at RAF Finningly with the air cadets! i noticed in the list of survivors that the one i flew in on the same day had also survived!
