Sorry to hijack the thread for a moment, can everyone please go back to post 1 in this thread by David Layne and have a quick read of what I put there, then PM me if you think its a bad idea? All purely theoretical, but if you think the ideas could work then please let me know.

When numbers increase, the time limit can be lowered to 48 hours then twenty four.
