You're Top Poster: #3 | Who am I? I was a lieutenant in September 1914, was under the eye of Sir John Monash and ended ww1 as a Lt. Colonel who was decorated and mentioned in despatches five times. The battalion that I formed in Australia fought with distinction. If Germany had invaded the UK in 1940, another Battalion that I formed and trained would have met that German threat on the beaches. I would not have to wait long to prove my ability against the German war machine.
