Name/Rank

Going through the CWGC I've come across a number of names that made me wonder whether they raised a laugh during the persons service:

1) There are a number of Sergeant Sergeants listed
2) Captain Majors (3), Major Major (1), along with a lot of the other ranked Majors
3) Rifleman Gun (2)
4) Number of Flights (none in the Air Forces though)
5) Sergeant Air and Flying Officer Airs

Any others?
