Off the top of my head, I don't have any books that would cover the RAF involvement (my main area of knowledge). About the only book in my collection that might come close would be Battle-Axe Blenheims - 105 Sqn may have been involved but they were principally an anti-shipping sqn.

3 Sqn RAAF were in theatre at the time and should have been used in support although there does not appear to be any reference to Beda Fomm on their website - 3 Squadron AFC & RAAF - their timeline and location fits though.
