Actually, the thanks goes to me good mate Steve Bridgewater, who used to work for Key Publishing (FlyPast etc), as he emailed it to me. Figured it'd do more good on here. Steve is now with Dooley's (IIRC) Air Parts/Avionics/plane bits.
