One on 25/10/1942 Alan Henry Wood, Torquay Cemetery in (Devon- No Photo as yet) & Two on 4/10/1943 E.A. Mincham & W. Stott on the Runnymede Memorial. Attachment 1607 |
Hi spidge.
Thanks for the welcome
If memory serves me right Wood was killed in an air raid on a hospital in Torquay.
Mincham and Stott were killed while providing air escort to convoy ON204 when Liberator FL923 V/120 was shot down by U 539. The squadrons OC was killed in the same incident.
